Iran's deputy foreign minister said that in talks with Qatari officials, it was agreed to allow $6 billion of Iran's frozen assets to be used, according to Iran's needs, for the purchase of goods. He also announced the creation of a communication channel to report and examine any violations of the memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States.
