President Donald Trump made his first trip aboard the newly commissioned VC‑25B Bridge, a Boeing 747‑8 donated by Qatar and upgraded with advanced communications and defense systems. The aircraft, bearing the military serial 25‑3300, departed Andrews Air Force Base and flew to North Dakota, accompanied by one of the older VC‑25A aircraft.

The VC‑25B Bridge is expected to serve as a temporary presidential transport until the main VC‑25B fleet is ready. It will also participate in the July 4th Fourth of July Air Show alongside F‑22, F‑35, and other U.S. military aircraft.
