Saudi media reported that during a meeting in Doha, Iran insisted on the implementation of five key points of a memorandum of understanding before addressing other issues. Iran also accused Israel of hindering the memorandum’s execution by maintaining a presence in southern Lebanon. Additionally, Iran stressed that the Strait of Hormuz should be subject to Iranian and Omani sovereignty and highlighted the importance of enforcing the frozen assets provisions.
