Sheikh Naeem Qasim says the Washington framework agreement is shameful and a surrender of sovereignty. He argues the agreement is essentially non-existent and that the provisions of the Iran–US Memorandum of Understanding should be applied instead.
He vows that resistance will continue in the field to defeat the occupation, stressing that they did not abandon the front in the toughest circumstances and will not leave it—calling this the path to good and salvation.
