Iran's deputy foreign minister said no meeting was held with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi in Switzerland, despite his request, and there is no plan to access the facilities and nuclear material that were attacked. He added that these issues will be discussed and resolved only within the framework of a final agreement and the practical steps required from the other side to lift all sanctions.
