The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has extended its warning urging airlines to avoid the airspace of Iran, Iraq and Lebanon until early July, despite recent US‑Iran agreements. EASA cautioned that a breach of the cease‑fire in the Strait of Hormuz could pose risks to civil aviation, and highlighted similar dangers for non‑military flights over Lebanon. The agency also advised operators to exercise caution when flying over Bahrain, Kuwait, Israel, Jordan, Qatar, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
