Crimean authorities reported a widespread drone attack that targeted several energy and infrastructure facilities. The strikes hit the Svatopluk substation, causing a citywide power outage, the Simferopol thermal power plant, and additional sites near the Kirovskoe railway station, Kerch, Feodosia and the Balaklava power plant.
