Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi visited the shrine of Imam Ali, the first Shia Muslim caliph known as the Commander of the Faithful, in Najaf, Iraq. The visit is part of his diplomatic tour to Iraq. Najaf is one of the holiest cities in Shia Islam and a major center of religious learning.
