Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, speaker of Iran's parliament, said that the blood of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei will be avenged through the liberation of Jerusalem. He added that Iran will never allow the International Atomic Energy Agency access to nuclear facilities that have been bombed. Qalibaf claimed a recent memorandum showed the United States had been defeated and called for a genuine strategic partnership with China.
