The Lebanese president asked where the surrender agreement is and why it is being distorted. He said if people do not want it, they should give it a chance to be tried. If it succeeds, it will succeed; if it fails, it will fall on its own. He added that the Israelis, not the Lebanese, will be the ones to bring it down.
