Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf told the United States that if the U.S. refuses to implement agreed terms, Iran is prepared for war. He said that negotiating with the U.S. is essentially negotiating with an unreliable enemy that could act against Iran at any opportunity. Qalibaf added that only when ready for war can negotiations be conducted effectively, and if necessary, Iran will pursue conflict. He also claimed that the Lebanese army is being used to support the Zionist regime’s security interests.
