A recent survey projects that the average price of U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil will fall to $79.49 per barrel in 2026, down from the $84.63 forecast made in May. The same survey predicts that Brent crude will average $84.50 per barrel in 2026, a decline from the $90.44 estimate issued earlier this year.
