In the early morning, a Ukrainian-made FP-5 "Flamingo" cruise missile launched from the ground flew at low altitude over Russia's Volgograd region in the southwest. The missile was part of a broader attack that also employed drones and other missiles against military and infrastructure targets across Russia.
