An Israeli air force attack on the morning of today near the village of Manzaleh in southern Lebanon resulted in the deaths of seven Hezbollah members. According to the Israeli army, the fighters were identified by the 8th Commando Brigade while transporting weapons to a building used as a military post and observation point. The army stated that the individuals were preparing to carry out attacks against Israeli forces.
In a statement, the Israeli army said, "The activity of these individuals at that location, combined with the presence of weapons inside, constituted a direct threat to Israeli military forces."
