Iran’s parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf said the United States falsely claims that Iran’s released assets will be spent on buying American agricultural products. He argued that the only crop Iran is currently harvesting is the distrust the US has sown over decades, describing it as natural, abundant and native. Qalibaf added that the United States’ only exports are genetically modified soybeans, broken promises and empty rhetoric.
