The exact number of Patriot missiles supplied to Ukraine remains classified, but analysts estimate that several hundred interceptors have been delivered. Since the war began, the United States, Germany, the Netherlands and other allies have provided multiple Patriot fire units. Given the intensity of Russian missile and drone attacks, it is believed that between 500 and over 1,000 Patriot interceptors, including PAC-2 GEM‑T and PAC-3 MSE types, are now in Kyiv's inventory.

Ukraine has repeatedly used the Patriot system from 2023 to 2026 to intercept Russian ballistic missiles such as the Iskander and Kinzhals, as well as cruise missiles, reporting hundreds of successful engagements. However, none of the supplying countries have released precise delivery figures; available data rely on production contracts, announced aid and expert estimates.
