Maritime threat level in Strait of Hormuz drops to medium

The Joint Maritime Information Center (JMIC) reported that the security threat level for maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz has been reduced to "medium." At the same time, vessel movements through the strait via routes from Oman and Iran have been on the rise.
