According to Canal News, after Israeli political leaders ordered a halt to operations in Lebanon, the Israeli army stopped its activity in the "Ali al‑Taher" area. The site is reported to house a fortified Hezbollah underground command complex that includes Iranian‑made ballistic missiles.
Israeli forces remain deployed in the vicinity but have not entered the underground facilities. The pause is said to be intended to avoid jeopardising the Iran‑U.S. cease‑fire agreement brokered by Washington.
