Israel outlined its requirements for accepting the U.S.–Iran memorandum of understanding concerning Lebanon. The conditions are: the complete withdrawal of all Hezbollah forces north of the Litani River; the full dismantling of Hezbollah infrastructure south of the Litani River; and granting Israel unrestricted freedom of movement and the right to conduct ground and air operations to neutralise any future threats.
