The chief executive of TotalEnergies told French lawmakers during a hearing on the Middle‑East crisis that the company's refinery in Saudi Arabia, which was hit by drone attacks in April, is currently running at about 70% of its capacity. He added that full repairs are not expected to be completed until early 2027.
