At least two supertankers operated by Iran's National Iranian Tanker Company – the Diana and the Hiro 2 – have left the area that was under U.S. naval blockade. Together they are transporting about 3.8 million barrels of Iranian crude oil, marking the first export of Iranian crude in the past two months.
