US Trade Representative Sees Progress in Spain Talks, China Soybean Purchases

Jamieson Greer, US Trade Representative (USTR), indicated that the President appears to have found a way to advance negotiations with Spain. Greer's remarks suggested that the US trade strategy toward China has been effective. He noted that China is currently purchasing soybeans from the United States.
