A video released by CENTCOM shows an attack on obstacles that were placed on the runway band of the 10th Shokari base in Chabahar. The obstacles were intended to prevent the possible use of the base by American forces for deploying personnel and equipment. During the 39‑day conflict similar operations were carried out at nearly all Iranian airfield runways.
