Iran's foreign minister stated that the United States and Israel are the first parties to the memorandum of understanding, while Iran and Hezbollah are the second parties. He warned that any attack on Lebanon and the continued occupation would breach the agreement. He added that ending the war in Lebanon is a prerequisite for concluding the conflict with Iran.
