South Korean company Hanwha Systems has unveiled a new unmanned combat surface vessel called Striker-S, which could transform the country's naval operations.

Introduced at the Euronaval 2026 exhibition in Paris, the vessel is designed as a multi-purpose modular platform capable of operating alongside crewed ships and command centers.

The Striker-S can carry container payloads up to 10 tons and, depending on mission requirements, can be deployed for reconnaissance, electronic warfare, and offensive strike roles. According to Hanwha, the armed version will be capable of missile attacks with a range of approximately 290 kilometers.
