Saudi Arabia has introduced the "SkysWasp" long‑range attack drone, developed by SR2Vector, with an announced operational range of about 1,500 kilometres.

The design closely resembles the "Shahed" family, featuring a delta wing, a rear tail fin and a nose section for mounting a warhead.

It is intended for one‑way strikes against distant targets.

The unveiling signals Saudi Arabia’s effort to build domestic capabilities in long‑range munitions and drones, an area that has become increasingly important in modern conflicts.
