Saudi Arabia Unveils Long-Range Cruise Drone 'SKYWASP'

Saudi Arabia announced the launch of the SKYWASP, a long‑range cruise drone developed by SR2Vector. The aircraft is said to have an operational range of about 1,500 kilometres (932 miles), enabling strikes on targets deep within enemy territory. Visually, the SKYWASP resembles Iran’s Shahed family of drones, featuring delta wings, a streamlined fuselage, a front‑mounted payload bay, and a rear tail fin. The introduction marks Saudi Arabia’s entry into the production of long‑range attacking drones.
