Reuters reports that repeated Ukrainian attacks on Russian refineries and oil depots have caused a severe gasoline shortage, leading to long queues at gas stations across the country. In response, Russia has begun importing gasoline from India, with officials saying about 60,000 tons have already arrived. Plans are underway to bring in up to 400,000 tons daily from other countries such as Belarus as the crisis continues.
