Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Baqai stated that Tehran has no plans for any level of negotiations with the United States in the coming days. He repeated that no meetings or talks will be scheduled with the U.S. side.

The remarks come amid heightened tensions over the ceasefire framework, Iran’s opposition to a non‑Iranian mechanism for managing ship traffic in the Strait of Hormuz, and recent developments in southern Lebanon.
