Israeli forces destroyed a large Hezbollah underground facility in the village of Majdel in southern Lebanon. The site was used to assemble, store, and launch Iranian-made drones.
According to a joint statement by Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Katz, the tunnel was 200 meters long and more than 25 meters deep. Israel had notified the United States and its representative in Lebanon before carrying out the strike.
