The A‑7 Corsair II, a U.S. carrier‑based attack aircraft, was operated by several foreign air forces. Greece was the only country to receive the aircraft entirely new from the LTV production line, taking 60 A‑7H and 5 TA‑7H fighters between 1975 and 1980, and later acquiring second‑hand A‑7E and TA‑7C models. Portugal received 44 A‑7P and 6 TA‑7P aircraft in the 1980s, rebuilt from U.S. Navy stock, and used them until 1999. Thailand acquired 14 A‑7E and 4 TA‑7C fighters in 1995 for its navy, keeping them in service until around 2007. Pakistan had attempted to purchase over 100 A‑7s in the 1970s, but the deal never materialised due to political and U.S. sanctions.

These countries were the last operational users of the A‑7 Corsair II worldwide, with Greece maintaining the aircraft until 2014.
