Gulf Cooperation Council members said they remain concerned that the proposed agreement does not cover Iran's ballistic missile programme and could allow Tehran to expand its regional influence. They insist that any sustainable deal be discussed with them and that it also address Iran's missiles, drones and support for proxy groups.
