Israel Says Security Zone South Lebanon Completed, No Pullout from Blue Line

Israeli officials said conditions are now favorable for political steps regarding Lebanon and that the Lebanese side has been notified of the completion of the security zone in southern Lebanon. Israel stated it does not plan to withdraw from the Blue Line or the Shaqif Castle area, but is considering pullouts from other locations.
