Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he was warned not to enter Rafah after the U.S. president announced that America would no longer supply weapons. Netanyahu said he respects the U.S. president, who stood with Israel at the start of the war, but added that Israel has no choice but to move into Rafah and, if necessary, fight with empty hands. He argued there are circumstances in which Israel must even say "no" to the U.S. president.
