Iran's Foreign Ministry said that negotiations for a permanent agreement with the United States will only begin after several conditions are met: a permanent end to the war in Lebanon, the complete lifting of the U.S. blockade, the issuance of oil exemptions for Iran by the United States, and the release of Iran's frozen assets.
