Intense clashes broke out between the Israeli army and Hezbollah, involving both heavy and light weapons, artillery and mortars. Hezbollah also launched a short‑range rocket barrage that landed on the Ali al‑Tahir hill and the al‑Dabsha area in the city of Nabatieh.
