French defence company Thales showcased its new RapidStriker mobile anti‑drone system at the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition. The platform uses 360‑degree sensors, automatic fire control and a range of weapons—including guided and unguided 68 mm and 70 mm rockets, small‑calibre guns and remote‑controlled munitions—to detect and engage low‑altitude drones and helicopters within seconds.
RapidStriker can automatically track a target, select the optimal weapon and fire, and it is also capable of precision strikes against ground targets and fire support for troops. The system is vehicle‑agnostic and was demonstrated mounted on the latest Bushmaster Mulga armored vehicle, linked to the SkyDefender air‑defence network for data sharing with other defence assets.
