The deputy foreign minister said that during the upcoming 60-day negotiations, several issues will be discussed: ending all sanctions and UN Security Council resolutions, the nuclear dossier, establishing a final mechanism for Iran's reconstruction, and defining an implementation mechanism to monitor the parties' obligations.
