The IFO Institute in Germany has cut its forecast for Germany's economic growth in 2027 from 1.2% to 0.8%, as announced in March. It kept the outlook for this year unchanged at 0.8% growth. Inflation is expected to be 2.9% in 2024 and 2.7% in 2027.
