Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Baqaei said Iran will charge for services provided in the Strait of Hormuz. He noted that the mechanism and arrangements for managing the strait are being developed. Baqaei added that Iran has long been consulting with Oman and has also held talks with several other countries.
