Ismail Baghaei, spokesperson for Iran's Foreign Ministry, said Iran will be able to use its frozen assets for purchases once a decision is made, following extensive negotiations over the past two to three weeks. He claimed the United States has pledged to remove all existing obstacles and that the process of lifting Iran's oil sanctions will begin today and continue throughout the negotiation period. Baghaei warned that continued Israeli attacks on Lebanon would constitute a breach of the United States' commitments under the memorandum of understanding, emphasizing that Iran does not differentiate between the US and Israel despite clear differences in their approaches, and that the US must compel Israel to honor its obligations to Iran.
