Deputy Foreign Minister Gharib Abadi said the memorandum of understanding was not only a product of diplomacy but also the result of Iran's military accomplishments. He described it as stemming from the blood of martyrs sacrificed against the regime's enemies, the resilience of the people who daily gather in squares and streets to support the government and armed forces, and the guidance of the Supreme Leader and officials.
