According to the report, after an attack on a Beirut suburb, Iran cancelled its negotiations and prepared to strike the Zionist regime. However, due to last‑minute concessions by U.S. President Donald Trump—including maintaining Lebanon's territorial integrity, Israel's withdrawal from the Lebanese border, and an immediate lifting of the blockade—Iran was persuaded to abandon the attack.
It was also decided to organize legal arrangements for navigation in the Persian Gulf in cooperation between Iran and Oman.
